  hmmmm... What about us?

Has everybody noticed yet? Denver's getting a LEGO store... WHAT ABOUT US? IS AUSTRALIA T_H_A_T REMOTE?!?!?!?! What the heck is going on here? especially in adelaide, we have to rely on Myer, DJ and TRU to supply our LEGO's, and they usually don't (...) (22 years ago, 12-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

Right on! I say there oughta be! And when I go Visit I want to be able to buy Lego there from a real LEGO Store just like at home! PLUS if I'm on Tour with my Robots - I would like to be able to get Parts I need for them from a place that has a (...) (22 years ago, 12-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

Hi Matt On Sunday at the Adelugs meeting, we were all talking about Lego should open a shop in Australia and would you believe, there used to be a Lego shop in the Myer Centre.   Re: hmmmm... What about us?

(...) Hey, Matt, you have obviously never been to Denver. There is a reason why they called that movie "Things To Do in Denver When You're Dead". Even with a Lego store, I'd take Adelaide over Denver any day. Do you realise just how far it is to the (...) (22 years ago, 12-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

(...) Yes, Kerry. Hence my next comment, IS AUSTRALIA T_H_A_T REMOTE?!?!?!?! WELL? IS IT? That still doesn't excuse Lego, (sorry, Kjeld) for ignoring australia! We don't get many products until they've been out on the market for ages, and Lego is no (...) (22 years ago, 13-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

(...) You're a major country? :-) How do you figure? (Lucky, yes. Neato, yes. Cool, yes. Major??? I don't think so.) And assuming you are, is China not major? How about India? Or Brazil? I don't think any of those have them yet. (22 years ago, 14-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

Good point. I didn't list all countries, but I think I was just a little mad that a HOLE like DENVER could get a LEGO store! Ah, shoot. I'm only 14. Give me a break! And sorry to all those that I offended with my recent comments. -Matt, still (...) (22 years ago, 14-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

I think you'll find that Larry spends a lot of time on-line [or else he seems to pick times when someone will post a message he thinks needs comment to go on-line :)] Oh yes, and he's rather sensitive about people demonstrating the fact that the (...) (22 years ago, 14-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?

(...) It's random. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't (...) Well that's certainly one viewpoint on what I'm sensitive to, but it's not correct. What I AM in fact sensitive to is people whinging excessively, no matter where they are. And in your (...) (22 years ago, 14-Nov-02, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: hmmmm... What about us?
