So am I. I think that if we want to see stuff from LEGO, we need to be a bit
more welcoming of their efforts. Most of the negative feedback LEGO gets here
is from uninformed, post-happy people (note, not all, most). Those people
should learn to read LEGO posts at face value and not extrapolate the
conclusions they want to in order to have something to complain about. We won't
get very far if all some people do is complain. LEGO Direct is here to work
with us (and that they are), we should welcome them.
I'm starting to think that most, if not all complaints to LEGO Direct (except
about the website not functioning properly) are mostly noise. I'm glad I don't
have to read this when I go to work.
