1. With the (possible) exception of train track (especially 9V) and the 48x48
baseplate, I wouldn't want parts to be 'locked into' a particular color, if that
meant they were completely unavailable in other colors. But parts that I would
like to see available in quantity in retired colors:

2. To make new colors available quickly in quantity, I would recommend offering
different colors of

as well as the brick analogues of those two sets and a comparable set for 4x,
6x, and 8x plates.[1] Alternatively, if SKUs are really short, different
colorings of

but with the addition of the 2x2 corner bricks and plates would do.

[1] To go wildly off-topic, I think the Bulk selection overall should be based
on those five sets in each of the ten basic colors.

| Wow, what a crazy couple of days! 250 posts on a thread I started. I'm not sure where to feel shamed or proud. (I know, I know, all I should feel these days is shame) Since my fireproof suit is beginning to strain under the pressure, I'm going to (...) (22 years ago, 7-May-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX) !!
