As Lego decided to copy the colour scheme of the military-dominated
Megablokes, this should not really come as a surprise, should it?
The german AFOLs used the term "Wehrmachtsgrau" (WWII german armed
forces grey) and "Panzergrau" (Tank grey) more or less from the very
beginning - even though Megablokes are not available over here[1], the
similarity in the colours has not be missed.
