I think you’re right insofar as it doesn’t quite match as well. And seeing the new light gray against the old really makes the new gray almost look a little pastel. So at first, yeah, I thought it looked awful as rock. But after seeing it get used elsewhere, I’ve been a bit more accepting.

In thinking about it, I guess I would compare it to a friend of mine who loves Coke, but hates Pepsi so adamantly that he’d rather drink *nothing* than have a Pepsi. Other people I know say they can’t even tell the drinks apart. Itjust suprises me that such a slight difference would matter so significantly as to totally swear off one or the other.

I guess what I’m saying is that if I’ve got a choice in grays for use in a castle, I’ll opt for the old gray. But if I need to use the new gray, meh, that’s ok too, just not my first choice. I won’t refuse to use the new colors, I’ll just favor the old ones while I can.

(...) What a last line... And I was enjoying your post until then as well ; ) I just can't embrace the bley (though I've picked up more than I meant to from those 'low percent' sets).
