Have some important news to pass along if you plan on shipping a MOC to Brickfest. If you have reservations for the Red Lion Hotel, you may ship your MOC there and they will not charge a holding fee. I'm with ya, man! Even though the advent of bley and "blown" (hehheh) has seriously curtailed my purchasing of new sets and my enthusiasm for new product in general, it's not completely a bad thing for a few reasons: 1. Not sure I agree there either - speaking as an organiser of Brickvention, all the organisers, helpers, presenters, etc paid registration, it meant the difference between a small loss and a large loss. Hi Will, I'm posting here cause it may be useful to others. There is a check box that will keep your name private if you so choose. You might want to look to see if that's what's happening. i just checked the schedule, looks like the Mosaic speed build ends at 12:30 and the sumo competition starts at 1pm. that gives me 30 minutes to get something built and programmed. you better bring your batteries, cause now i do have time to make (...) Matt, Okay first off a little lesson to those who might be not so familure with color. There are 2 main types of color: Warm and Cool. Warm colors tend to be tinted by reds, oranges, yellows, basiclly "warm" feeling colors. Example: the old greys (...) (18 years ago, 14-Mar-07, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.color, FTX)
