Craig and I were talking about this a long time ago, and we figured out that
every Realm will have its own set of rules.
If Craig wants wizards to fly in his Realm, and I don't in mine, when his
wizards enter my realm and I don't want them to fly, I will simply state that
my Realm has a curse on it that prevents people to fly. It's my world baby:)
