I was looking at the Castle World website - catching up, if you will - and I
came up with an idea, which isn't at all refined; just an idea...

Possible Problem(s): One could assume that with all the stories, worlds,
realms, dungeons, waterfalls, monsters, maidens, and heroes, etc., that are
being created now, some conflicts / continuity problems / questions may
arise with regard to the regulations of the CW entirety.

To solve this, why not have something like a "department head(s)" as a
mediator/ decision maker for discrepancies or "issues" that need to be taken
care of.

Craig and I were talking about this a long time ago, and we figured out that
every Realm will have its own set of rules.

If Craig wants wizards to fly in his Realm, and I don't in mine, when his
wizards enter my realm and I don't want them to fly, I will simply state that
my Realm has a curse on it that prevents people to fly.  It's my world baby:)

I hope that sort of answers your question.
