(...) Thanks! You're right. Mine was downloaded at 8:45 in the morning on March 2. I got the old one. However, it (the older verision) worked perfectly fine on this (internet, win 98) computor. Hello John, there has been two 2.12 versions of ML-Cad. The first one was up only for a few hours and crashed for unknown reason. Maybe you caught that version. Try to re-download ML-Cad from the ML-Cad homepage and make sure it's really (...) (22 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) The crash is caused by an overwriting of a section in the graphic memory or something like this. Ask Michael if you need a proper explanation 'cos I'm just a humble user and not an author. I have a fairly complex model as an MPD I am working on with lots of submodels, and when I have it set to "draw to current part", I am experiencing GPFs (or mysterious terminations) of MLCad 2.11 when I use manual zoom. Well, after finally getting Ldraw and MLCad to my other (non-internet) computor, MlCad decides to crash. It asks me if I want to register the file types. Hi there all, I'm new to this computer Lego computer design malarkey - so have a very stupid question. Is there any way, once you have completed a model in MLCAD, to reset which view is the "front" view? Only I seem to have accidentally made my (...) (23 years ago, 26-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I know it's off topic, but for those that didn't know, one can use LDRAW or MLCAD to make models using Knex(R) pieces, LEGO(R), and Sploids(R). MLCAD: I downloaded LDraw and opened up the files. They are saved on my hard drive. I then downloaded MLCAD onto my hard drive and opened up the file with WinZip. I've just uploaded the first renders of the progress on my room design. I've used a scale of 1 stud to 1 inch, and if I had enough of the right bricks I could probably build this later :) At the moment I still have quite a bit of work to - the 2 and (...) Michael, The new features of version 2.12 look handy, including the option to save a parts list (shortcut button; I don't know if that option had been available). Bug in MLCAD 2.12 Model names are invlaid if they have spaces. EX. I created a model and called it 'Train Shed Part 01.ldr'. I next created another model and inserted the 'Train Shed Part 01.ldr' model into it and soem other parts. I then saved the (...) (23 years ago, 4-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Wow! What great new features!! Both two things I have been waiting to see for some time!! (...) Under "Edit" > "Sort" (...) Under "Edit..." > "Add" > "Autosteps..." Some strange problem occured during packaging the new version. I've tried the executable in the zip-file and in my case it crashed all the time ... no idea what's going on. Hello! I am happy there is a new version but this version is definetly not working here. If i reinstall the old version everything is perfect. I knew I should not have touched that button but alas I did. I clicked on the default button (settings->general) and now whenever I want to make a part transparent it won't! MLCad said that the color is a custom color but shows BLACK on the view (...) (23 years ago, 26-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Hi John, I presume you are using Mlcad, if so you can go to settings, general, change and then (Step,Grid,Snap) simply change a rotation box ie 22.5 (...) (23 years ago, 16-Feb-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
