I'm going to be Tim C. Jr. here and say it... MLCading?

I thank you for coming to my defense.  Yes, the two dragons are different.  In
fact, they are very different when you have them up close.  However I will
admit that from a distance, as they are in the pictures I sent in for MOTM,
they do appear very close to being the same.  I'm actually planning on >MLCading all four of my dragons for permanent future reference, and if there >are no objections submitting them for the MOTM.

Anthony, don't you mean you are going to "LDraw" all four of your dragons.
Yes, I'm a newly converted LDraw System of Tools person.  I think we should
start using the proper namings when refering to the LDRAW tools.  Sure we
can say MLCading but if we (the LUGNET community) can't get our names
straight how do we ever expect the media and rest of the world NOT to
confuse MLCad and LDraw...

Just being a nit-picker. =)

I do agree with Tim that some sort of change IS needed with the contest.  I
like what I have read so far and the last comment about multiple division
would probably be best serverd:

1) Past Winner Entries  (Models & Scences)
2) 1st Timers (Models & Scences)
3) Not a first time but not a winner (Models & Scenes)

This will give those newbies a even playing field.  Also I'm not sure about
all of you but this month's scenes were again mostly 'space themes' in the
scene entries.  Granted they are very very good (I spent and hour trying to
narrow it down) but can't we start rendering something else?  Space is nice
with all the starts and effect but I challenge our renders to create
something different.

(...) I think this is because Space is relatively easy to render compared to a scene on the ground. It takes quite some practice and knowledge of POV-Ray to get nice lighting and a good background in a scene if you need to include a ground plane, a (...)
