| | | | | Tim, All you need is Macromedia's Flash. They do offer a demo for download that has a 30 day limitation. The actual program costs something like $250.00 (US) I think. It has a cool preview feature that lets you tweak out an image, deciding on quality vs size and it even gives you an estimate of the download time at 28.8. (...)
