We're trying!
I think at this point, after
- being a (adult) fan myself for at least 5 years
- having worked for LEGO Direct for almost 3 years
- meeting so many folks via email/Instant Message/in person/phone
that I have a pretty good idea of what your issues and concerns are! We are
making great strides here, as are you out there. Keep doing it!
