  LD4DStudio 1.2 Released

Hi all, I've finally managed to solve a nasty problem and put the definitive version of LD4DStudio online. It's mostly bug fixes and a few tweaks requested by users. This will be the last version for a while, cause I will be concentrating on my new (...) (14 years ago, 22-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

Re: 2010/2011 LSC Nomination process open.

(...) I propose another week, since the current committee is currently working something. I'll throw in another kink by nominating myself and Michael Heidemann in the same post.   Re: Part color availability

(...) LDconfig color names are exactly the same as Bricklink's color names, but have underscores '_' instead of spaces ' '. Scott (14 years ago, 17-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: What happened to x123.dat

(...) Thanks Philo! I see that the part number has also changed. Where did you find the number (since this is not what Peeron or Brickshelf uses)? I'll update the couple of files I have that use this part to use the new version. That way, next time (...) (14 years ago, 17-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Part color availability

(...) The 2 best places would probably be Peeron.com or Bricklink. Be aware that Bricklink's naming system is sometimes different from LDraw and Peeron's. -Orion (14 years ago, 17-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

  Part color availability

Hello all, While working on my editor I got the idea of helping the user pick colors for parts by (optionally) limiting the color picker to colors in which the current part is available in real-life (e.g. black, white, light gray for axles). Does (...) (14 years ago, 16-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: What happened to x123.dat

(...) It appears to be my own fault then. When a new library update comes out, I generally purge my Unofficial directory so I don't have any duplicates. I can then download and unofficial parts from the Parts Tracker that I still need. I apparently (...) (14 years ago, 14-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

  Re: What happened to x123.dat

  What happened to x123.dat

What happened to x123.dat? This is the "Electric Light Holder 1 x 1 x 2/3 with Bar" which appeared in the 5571 Giant Truck (Black Cat) set and a couple of others. This was an unofficial part which I used in some models. According to part tracker FAQ (...) (14 years ago, 14-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

Re: 2010/2011 LSC Nomination process open.

I'd like to nominate Joshua Delahunty so maybe we can move the standard into the present with some of that nifty texture mapping stuff. (As an option of course, so I don't have to do any coding if don't feel up to it.) (14 years ago, 11-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: LDConfig.ldr is still too hard to find IMO

Re: LDConfig.ldr is still too hard to find IMO

(...) You're welcome. Fair enough. Yes you can add things. There should be some form of 'add download' but I'm sure it's hidden thanks by the CMS. A webmaster has to approve them which usually happens fairly quickly (or even quicker with an email). (...) (14 years ago, 10-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

  LDraw Colour Catalog

Yet another color list. This one's divided into 8 sections. I think it may be quite handy for various purposes. (URL) I was unable to render colors 21, 67, 68, and 294 due to L3P errors. Don't know what the problem is yet... /Tore (14 years ago, 8-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)

Re: How About a Color Tracker?

I don't think much harm is done about silver colors - afterall, correspondance with LEGO internal color numbers remain somewhat academic, what we need is to know which LDraw color to use in each case. If I understand well (correct me otherwise!): - (...) (14 years ago, 8-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad)
