What happened to x123.dat?  This is the "Electric Light Holder 1 x 1 x 2/3 with

part tracker FAQ ( http://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/numberfaq/ )  The x*
numbers were renamed u* numbers if the part number is not known.  But u123.dat
does not exist either.  Peeron still lists the part number as x123 (
http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/x123 ).  I can't find any sign of it under the
title in the parts tracker or in the released library.

I can find no evidence that x123.dat has ever been on the LDraw Parts Tracker,
so I'm inclined to suggest that you got it from another source.

Before we ran out of 3-digit numbers, xNNN numbers were allocated for temporary
use on the Parts Tracker and were (and still are) renamed to NNN.dat on release
into the official library. For that reason, the Parts Tracker does not allow
submission of a file xNNN.dat where NNN.dat already exists in the official
library. The file 123.dat has existed in the official library since at least
1997, albeit as a "~Moved to" file to 3641.dat since update 1998-06.

Sorry not to be of more help. It would not be a complex part to create, so it is
likely to be its rarity rather than its complexity that has prevented that from
happening to date.

(...) It appears to be my own fault then. When a new library update comes out, I generally purge my Unofficial directory so I don't have any duplicates. I can then download and unofficial parts from the Parts Tracker that I still need. I apparently (...) (14 years ago, 14-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
