This is my first ever DAT. I made it with the ammazing MLCAD. The model is a moon rover-like model. It has super suppension that allows it to go over even the roughest terrian. Also you need to know that as a DOS executable,L3P requires that a DOS environment variable be set so it can find the parts library. This can be added to your autoexec.bat. Check the documentation. Mine looks like this: set LDRAWDIR=C:\ldraw (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)

Hi, I just noticed that L3Lab interpreted the following lines as real lines, not as comments: 01 16 0 -2 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 ring3.dat 01 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 ring3.dat I sent a mail to Lars to notify him of this small "bug", but then it (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) It should be able to do that. You want to do this automatically from the command line, right? Did you compile in the png support? I'm not great at makefiles so makefile.linux has multiple targets. I usually build the l3glitepng target with (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)

(...) In my experience, L3Lab works almost perfectly with Wine under GNU/Linux. LDLITE, on the other hand, works just barely under Wine, and I've never managed to run LDraw at all under neither Wine nor DOSEMU. I would really like to run LEdit under (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)
