Thanks for all the positive feedback. As noted in other posts, Fredrik has
already made the Jeep chassis dat file that served as the basis of the Willys
MB. I'm not currently planning on doing the armored car (sd.kfz 222) since the
angle and overlapping needed are a real bear to deal with, and the finished
product is somewhat delicate. I am, however, planning on modelling the
halftrack in LDRAW soon. It might be my favorite construction to date - in
addition to looking the way I wanted it to look (always a big plus), it's nice
and solid and robust. I'll keep everybody informed ...
