Oops! Sorry, Fredrik, I forgot to mention you - I've been good up to this
point, but it seems I skipped over appropriate crediting this morning.
Anyhoo, the Willy's MB is borrowed heavily from Fredrik's design, detailed
in other posts in this thread. He came up with a great system of hinges
to effect the flat-fenders, and an ingenious front-wheel-chassis-axle
system. Using his ideas as inspiration, I've also managed to model a Jeep
M38-A1 (round fender Korean-War vintage jeep) and a Jeep TJ (the current
models ...), though none look as nice as the MB.

The rear bed is a little too large, but you would only need to cut about
1/2 stud off its length to bring it into line, I think. Anyways, it's
great looking, and I just think of it as an extended bed model for a gun
mount ;)
