Although the buildings are simple by LUG layout standards, I was mesmerized
by it, and the book opened me to other building worlds, like space and
castle.

I used to stare at that book and wish I could build all the stuff in there.
Wow. The memories. Thank you for bring that up. There was another book that
didnt have any Mini figures in it too. I dont remember what it was called,
but I loved it equally.
I think Lego should make more idea books. They were a big influence as a kid.
