Alright i'm probably gonna get lynched for this one but here goes- does anybody NOT use the click hinges for joints? i realize it is a great piece, but it seems to me to be a little bit of a "cheat" if you will. of course i'm not condemning anyone (...) Wow, I really like shoulders and the legs are very creative! Keep it up! BTW After 14 hours of rioting at the new city of Lugnet, "Gorilla" and UAV units were finally called in, these Police Mecha starts shooting tear gas in the crowds, and fired (...) In a blur of Mlcading I completed a dat model of my J-21 Repair Mech (I like mech over mecha). The minifig operator of this mech seems to making claims about his prowess as a fisher. Sheerly awesome! I built 3 similar peasant houses/shops which closely resemble the one Chris created. I have a yellow/black tudor, red/black tudor, and blue/black tudor. We-ellll.... ok, I'll admit it. I took the nearly-useless Throwbot shooter arms and cut them off near the ball-joint (where there's a technic axle shape) This allows them to be set into anything that can accept a technic axle. One can *register* a copyright, which makes it much easier to defend in a court of law, but one does not need to register to actually hold a (...) Pretty sweet Mladen! Very monstor-ish. I like the use of a short and long antennae next to each other. It has been a feature of some models that I really liked and I also use it myself. i'd have to agree with mladen on this one- the whole point of lego is creativity. i'd take the same approach i do with TLC models- build a copy first to familiarize yourself with any new pieces and their useage, then proceed to invent your own uses. Mark- one word: STOKED! i've always dug your stuff (the Maddog especially), but the VTOL Dropship is magnificent- all the things i personally strive for in building- clean, detailed but not overly "tekkie", functional, structural, and the (...) thanks! i was going for the whole "docking bay" look- note the "markings on walls and floor- hopefully i'll have my site going pretty soon, with in-depth info on all the mechs, some spacecraft, some dioramas, the whole shpeel. it's too bad the pic (...)
