My first post here so I'd better introduce myself... My name is Matthew but almost everyone knows me as 'mo'. I live in the UK. (...) Oh ok, got ya. When I build, I find a good rule of thumb is to make the hips narrow as compared to the shoulders. It's a Sophiesque Gundam! Like the head & some of the slope stuff going on. Overall has that slouched look that Mark refferend to. It would be nice when you where able to use SNOT for the underside of the arches, buiding these curves from normal slopes placed upside down. The more versatile range of slope gradients that normal slopes show, would allow one to build a much (...) (19 years ago, 17-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.arch)

Right on right on E. I got to say, I'm loving the CUB. There's a lot of brickwork here that I'm loving. The hip especially, the angles and shaping of the body. Another great MOC JoJo! I love the maid's skirt, the whole scene is well composed and has a certain 'playmobile' like feel.. I particularly like the bottles, the tea cart and the 'chocolates'. How do you do? Recently, when I built an antique armchair I found it would fit to a "state visit fireplace colloquy" scene. So I built a fireplace. (...) Derek is correct, the physical land mass of Antartica is actually almost the same as the USA (5.4 million sq miles vs 5.9 million sq miles). Based on my observations, micro-scale has more unique posts in the LUGNET spotlight right now (Nov. 9, 2005) than in any other time in history. That's really nice. My first thoughts were of the old Tente ships - yours really looks like a ship because of the smooth hull.
