Wow, Bryce! It's so organic, it almost defies any traditional take on lego construction. I'd be inspired... if only I knew where to start!! Hi Everybody, This is just a small MOC I made after seeing several Chinese and Egyptian fishing boats made out of bamboo and reeds. The colors aren't perfect, but it gets the point across. Glad I took a sick day! (gad, gone for a few days and I miss so much) This is pretty darn cool. The thighs are a bit small but it blends right into the body so I didn't notice. Mmm. The color scheme is wild, but the design is good. You definently have a good mech-ish feel around it. Now just try building it with one or two colors. Bruce, As you can see in the bottom pics, this was designed to have a full array of weapons that can simply be attached to either arms. Mark, With its size and the hinge cylinders sticking out, I tried to keep the whole design plain and uncomplicated. However, the center of mass is rather far forward when it's in regular turkey mode, so it sort of leans over a bit (the shock absorber in the leg is actually slightly weight bearing, so it deforms (...)
