A question for all of you who use flexible hoses in your DAT files (the kind which have separate pieces for the ends and segments for the middle) - what's the best way to model these? Its a fact that whenever you buy a box of LEGO from a car boot sale (here in cardiff at least) It'll have a good few Tyco And MegaBlox in it. Decided to release Himeji Castle today instead the day before Brickfest 2001. What can I say ? It was always the castle that I wanted to build with Lego but never could do it justice till now. I am glad I took my time (about 3 months and many (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle.ninja, lugnet.build.ancient, lugnet.loc.jp) !!

(...) I sorted by color for many years, but I don't think it's a good idea. I recently switched to sorting by type of element, and find it to be much more useful. (...) It's all a matter of choice. Your choice. I've found that as my collection expands, my sub-catagorization has grown too. Exponentially. I sort brick out first. Hi everyone, I recall someone on .trains or .michlug oy veying over the problems in building decently "round" fuel tanks. I've been working on my latest ship, which includes a raised barbette facing aft, and I think I may have stumbled on a SNOT (...)
