I agree. James said "upper end of cottage" as a fuzzy line. I am nowhere
near that boundary. Todd (sort of) said "automation with no human contact"
as the demarcation for shopping. Judgement is required here, since when you
call one of the LEGO(r) outlet stores (which clearly belong in shopping) you
are doing a completely manual process. Ditto for Busy Bee. Yet I doubt that
anyone would argue either of those belong in BST.
Mostly it's judgement that is needed. But as always, more examples (in the
descriptions) are helpful.
