Yup -- very likely it'll look the same in that context except for the
inclusion a drop-down listbox, and it'll act the same as well, to the
extent that 'news' is the selected listbox item. It's a short-cut to
having a "real" integrated search that shows multiple things on a single
returns page like Yahoo! does. Of course both are nice to have even if
the fancy one is there by default.

I ended up thinking that it would be nice if the results would float above the news, rather than (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
