NEWGROUPS
501 Usage: NEWGROUPS yymmdd hhmmss ["GMT"] [<distributions>].
NEWNEWS
501 Usage: NEWNEWS newsgroups yymmdd hhmmss ["GMT"] [<distributions>].
It wants a 6-digit date string; using 20000101 or 1000101 return errors. And
000101 sure does return all groups or messages.
