Re: New Terms of Use for LUGNET

(...) Hi Bruce, that's a well justified question. Basically, this astriction arised out of the German "Protection of Young Persons Act". There's an addendum called "Jugendmedienschutz-...tsvertrag" (word-by-word translation would cause nonsense, but (...) (18 years ago, 18-Sep-06, to lugnet.admin.terms, FTX)

  Re: Worst of the worst

Would an admin please either: 1) ban these folks who want to make their personal squabbles (on other boards!) public here? OR 2) at least remove this thread from the front page spotlight? Barring that, please edit the home page to remove the tag (...) (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support, lugnet.admin.general)

Remember that you need to authorize any email address you wish to use for posting separately? It (...) (15 years ago, 31-Jan-10, to lugnet.admin.general, FTX)

  Jump.cgi / Firefox Question

Curious if this "glitch" can this be fixed or at least explained to me? Often someone posts video clips of a MOC or event and I want to directly save them to my drive. When I want to save a direct link using "save link as" (for example - someone's (...) (18 years ago, 24-Jul-06, to lugnet.admin.general)

clarifying/reminding users of "the rules" [Re: Help Wanted]

(...) Wow, I totally agree. Though not so much about the added Curator responsibility. I tried to keep that job fun (^_^); and I'd hate to see the individual groups become any more like mini-universes. I think I prefer the idea of having a site-wide (...) OK, I admit it. I'm a compartmentalized dork. I would prefer messages like this (see below) to appear in one group.
