Re: The end of an all-too-brief era

(...) line is alive and they have plans for it, and at that moment I felt satisfied. The day after my brother Giulio met Brad again along the corridors of the LEGOWORLD and asked him a few more questions. Shortly, Brad confirmed that Mindstorms has (...)   Re: Minifig roundtable and swapmeet at Brickfest PDX

  Re: Spybots & Java

(...) The Spybot brick doesn't support replacement firmwares, so it is impossible to use Java with it. At this point NQC and LASM/MindScript are your only options for programming the Spybot brick. MindScript is currently your best option, but with (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-03, to lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

  Re: Frequency of LEGO sales?

Going out of one's Dark Ages is a very expensive process. You first have to replenish your collection and as an AFOL, you're not content with just a set here and there, you want the whole collection. I'M collecting the Technic series and all the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) like (...) to (...) Lego. I didn't have the heart to tell anyone that the reason our AS 206 SP machine has a 3:2 ratio is beacuse of the 24:16 tooth gears used on the original LEGO model.   Newbie question on printing b/w and colour hints

I was quickly grabbing a few LDR files of christmas related things for my kids to build next year, and was printing them on the only cheap printer we have which is a b/w laser, but of course the colours are impossible to decipher. Is there anything (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-03, to lugnet.cad)

  Gearbox 8860 trouble

Hi, I´m having a slight problem building the gearbox on the 8860... How many gears is it supposed to have? It is technically able to have 3, but if you follow the instructions its impossible to use more than 2. Check this scan of page 16 out and (...) (21 years ago, 27-Dec-03, to lugnet.technic)
