I was poking around looking at LM317 specs and can't seem to find the Max Vin. What's the max Vin we can plug into the controller... I see old laptop "wall warts" and inline "bricks" getting tossed all the time here at work. If this alone helps the (...) (17 years ago, 4-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains)

The heat sink will need to be upgraded to a larger size, and a fan will definitely need to be installed to compensate for not just the (...) Greetings, Does anyone happen to know if or when we might see the Dwarves and Trolls sets available in the US? S@H indicates they are not available in this country. Interestingly, this exchange caused me to break out my own RCX 1.0 to do some experimentation. I was able to get the serial IR tower to work with Windows Vista Ultimate x64 by using the USB to serial cable from a Vex programming kit (it's actually a (...) You'll need to either get the RCX 2.0 software or use NQC. As far as I know no one has (yet) managed to use the IrDa port and I believe Vista doesn't support Serial ports... you might try a USB to Serial converter, but that doesn't always work. (...) (17 years ago, 3-Mar-08, to lugnet.robotics)

Personalmente non ho mai avuto problemi ad usare il software originale cybermaster su win XP pro sp1. Fino a qualche giorno fa funzionava egregiamente sul vecchio PC che avevo nella creation room. I am new at this. I have some 4531 switches (points) that are from LEGO. The main line is always powered. Hi, after download the latest update (well, last weekend or so), I manually checked the newer files against my installed parts (from mid 2007). Since LEGO released all these new fancy colors, it happens more and more that we get to see much more realistic models - at least from a color scheme point of view.
