  Re: Brislug meeting, anyone?

(...) Either date works for me, Christmas theme seems OK and BBQ on the deck is a winner (I'll bring a few beers!) I suggest we have a building comp, as we have done at previous meets. Prost Gary (20 years ago, 5-Nov-06, to lugnet.loc.au.qld.bri)

Three new illustrated stories have been added to the (URL) King Saul> section of the (URL) The Brick Testament> website.   Re: The FRS Marauder

Hey, nice idea, taking floating rocks in a new direction. Nice construction too. The masthead and sky barnacles are great touches, and the overall shape is quite nice. I like that there's a tall lookout perch even though they'd presumably all have a (...) (20 years ago, 5-Nov-06, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  New puzzle game: Zeami's Birthday

Zeami's Birthday is a freeware for Windows 98 or superior. In a world of ashes, Zeami struggles to gather pieces of what used to be her past life. The gameplay is essentially a Sokoban-like where you have to assemble lego bricks. Game controls: (...) (20 years ago, 5-Nov-06, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.basic, lugnet.games, lugnet.gaming)

Re: A new mecha at last!

I love this mecha! I especially enjoy the hand design (which I haven’t seen before) and the use of technic bricks for weaponry on the chest. The track mechanism for cockpit access is also very cool. A great MOC overall. -Carl (20 years ago, 4-Nov-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) I can't argue that it looks pretty messed-up, but I haven't figured out (or seen) a better way to depict a minifig who's intended to be a toddler--bigger than a baby, but not big enough for stubbies. There was my older version with just a (...) (20 years ago, 4-Nov-06, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

Re: I found an LDRAW importer for Google SketchUp

(...) Thanks for the tip. I plan on having a custom pallet in SketchUp with all the ldraw colors available. Of course, you can create your own colors too. A custom color will get exported as you describe below. (...) I'd use 50% in that case. (...) (20 years ago, 4-Nov-06, to lugnet.cad)
