Obviously he took note of my complaint: the pictures have vanished from his
homepage as well as from brickshelf.
James Mathis center beam car has now gotten a credit (at least I havent
noticed that yesterday). So things have moved to the better. The URL with
LEGO.cwsurf is of course still a bit risky, but that is the problem of
Niels and the Lego company.

Its a funny thing. On the one hand, it IS flattering to be copied and
nobody I know of objects to that. Its an issue of giving credit where it is
due and not leaving an impression that copied work is ones own. I know
Corey Sanders deals a lot with that with his
superb globe MOC.

Yes - and isnt it great when someone gives credit to the previous person who
copied your design...?

Kind of like Chinese Whispers with a Thomas MOC. The wheel arches are curved
and the end of the tank is smoother, but hes around a brick taller. The
funnels gone a funny shape too. I dont suppose these bodies separate from the
chassis easily either.
I notice hes changed shade and had his nose hitched up (though hell probably
deny it; Michael Jackson does). I wonder whats next? In the meantime, I
wouldnt leave your kids alone with a Thomas MOC, just to be on the safe side...
