A local Wal-Mart here just reduced all blimps to $3. It might be time to make the rounds again. Tough to do with gas prices going so high (relatively speaking of course). (...) No, these are not TLC creations. These were created by European architects, and I don't believe that there are any pictures in The Ultimate LEGO book, but I'm not 100% sure.
