Perhaps I simply haven't been paying attention and this is really old news, but
the local Walmart had a these for $2. They still have a stack of the blimps
for $9 - no $1 bargain blimps as targets for these budding Frank Lukes, yet.

| A local Wal-Mart here just reduced all blimps to $3. It might be time to make the rounds again. Tough to do with gas prices going so high (relatively speaking of course).
