cool write up. the pictures cleared up a lot of questions for me. it's good to
know that the company used they're heads somewhat in the design, allthough this
new ir train seems more like a fad product verses a system meant to last awhile.


a few questions

.do you know when i'm going to be able to get my hands on one of these sets? i
need one as quickly as possible so i can engineer a few add ons.

.how long before the the train times out?

.you mentioned the redesigned train wheels, how are they compared to the old
design and is there anything note worthy about the new design?

(...) I think this is my biggest problem with the line. I am sure it is fun for kids but it is the "in thing" in play trains right now. There seem to be 100 different IR/Remote control trains for kids out there (And most are significantly cheaper (...) (18 years ago, 11-May-06, to lugnet.trains)
