  FOTD - Pirates

I had a weekend retreat in Virginia this weekend, and since I was going by myself, and was leaving early, I did some Lego shopping in Petersburg on the way up. Got a variety of things at K-Mart, including two 6246 Crocodile Cage sets. They rang up (...) (25 years ago, 5-Apr-99, to lugnet.general)

FOTD... it was Fate! (also BSB piece)

It was weird. This morning I wandered into the toystore in the local mall, for want of anywhere better - the Lego selection there is very lame. Anyway, down on a low shelf were a couple of small Freestyle boxes. Never seen them before. Looked at (...) (25 years ago, 23-Apr-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  FOTD, 8269 for $5...

Today I stop went to Wal-Mart for some cleaning and house hold supplies. When I made a pass though the toy section found a 8269 for 5 bucks, it was the only LEGO set on sale.
