lol It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or James Mathis-- it means a lot! I

Yes, they are hands. This is a modified technique that was begun by Dan
Siskind of the GMLTC when he used Captain Hook hooks for his rails-- black
hands are a little less scarce;-) The fans are wagon wheels with 2x2 space
dishes in them.
