If we could get many new wheels I would wish for one that was very tall, but
if we could only get one, I would NOT want one that was at the tall end of
the range, I would want one that was more typically sized. Typical sizes did
not much exceed 5-6 feet.
Primary red is used by many more countries than just Germany. This month's
TRAINS(tm) relates how the PRC paints all of their steam (present tense,
they have a lot still active) with bright red drivers. So maroon is sharp,
yes but primary red meets a bigger need.
