My critiques/nitpicks of an otherwise excellent model:

Well nits mean a lot to me and often make light of something I simply missed
the first time.  Anyway I updated the model and the pictures on my site:

I flattened the nose and I put in the raised walkway around the Blower Housing.

I think both changes make the model nearly complete.  (As complete as I ever
make a LEGO Model).  I now want to make another attempt at a GP9 because it is
one of my favorites.  I also want to attempt some Budd cars, its just going to
be a while I think.

Anyway Thanks for all the input I really appretiate it.

One last nitpick... Consider separating the fuel tank from the frame, somehow, so that it is not apparently directly attached to the white part of the floor. There should be an air gap there. Many other models have belly tanks and there is an air (...) (24 years ago, 4-Apr-01, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Ya, this looks really good. The stickers DO add a lot. My critiques/nitpicks of an otherwise excellent model: 2 plates may not be quite thick enough for the frame/floor. (yes, they are proportionally correct but an exaggerated thickness may be (...) (24 years ago, 3-Apr-01, to lugnet.trains)
