Hi, this is my first post on lugnet.com. Since two years, I think, I am collecting grey, dark grey, brown and green parts for my new project: a giant mountain with channels, a red brigde in front of a waterfall. Thanks to Ben Beneke I learned these two things at BrickFest PDX: 1) A German counter-part to the fabled Santa Fe style warbonnett locomotive is the German DB v200 or v220(?). 2) 7-wide is beautiful ;-) Here's my first go at the (URL) DB v200/v220 (...) Hi Eli, another point why you can get some sets in one shop and not in the other: The item might be sold out and discontinued. Yes, the Legend-Metroliner will be discontinued, when it is sold out and it will be sold out _VERY_ soon (at least in (...)   IndyLUG's Town/Train layout at Children's Expo
 
IndyLUG participated in the Parent & Child Exposition this past weekend (Feb. 28-29) at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Part of our setup included a town/train themed layout. For Lego Shop @ Home to really be a global operation, you should be able to get something whether your "local" fulfillment center is out of stock, or doesn't carry that particular item yet. Of (...) Hi, have just been to lego's online store to buy 2 metroliner sets with the extra tourist car add , it's called "metroliner kit". Now you can buy the extrta car on it's own as well as the metroliner on it's own,but when I what looking for these (...)   Drawbridge house

Train Fans, The members of the Greater Florida LEGO Train Club had a display and a great time one again at the Sarasota Model Railroad Club Train Show last weekend (Feb 21-22, 2004).
