Thats stores. There are at least two, possibly more (based on
availability discrepencies, I believe they have at least three locations set
up currently). North America is served out of Connecticut, and Australia (I
believe) is served out of some location in Europe (probably, but not
necessarily, Denmark). They dont always have the same stock available, and
its always possible for one location to sell out and not restock while
another (or is it the other?) location still has plenty leftover, but they
dont seem to transfer stock between S@H locations. When they chose to
abandon the good greys for the new greys, they probably made sure they
werent producing anymore S@H exclusive sets that used the abandoned grey
colors.

Last time I had a problem with S@H, they told me that LEGO from this side of the
world (Australia atleast) came out of Denmark... but after solving a problem for
me (which was their fault), they were quite generous :)
