How's this for European Shop At Home trivia:
All calls that consumers make are charged at local rate (thus cheaper) but are
all routed to the single contact centre here in the UK.
In the call center, each country has a team responsible for it. So for example,
if a Dutch consumer calls he is routed to the Dutch/Belgium speakers and EU
South team.
We pack all product for the 17 EU/Asian P countries we service in Denmark
For some countries, i.e Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the product is shipped via
Danish post
For most other countries, we bulk ship into Germany and hence the packages have
a Deutsche Post postage sticker on them. This is currently the cheapest way to
ship most EU countries, however we are always trying to find ways to make this
cheaper for both us and the customer.
Hope that answers your questions!
