first off that wing is way too heavy.  I fly an electric plane. here is the

the wing for this plane is made of foam with a graphite spine.  its light as
a feather.  I don't even own a scale to weigh the wing, but the entire plane
is 16 oz.   that wing alone must approach that.  plus the motor is a Mabuchi
380 that generates a whole &^$*&^ of a lot of rpm and the prop is way more
intense and light than anything lego makes or could be made of lego.

its not that I don't believe in your project, but the current state of parts
says you'll never build anything but a glider.  good luck anyway.

Keep on your project if you will, Øyvind Steinnes.  This sounds like a
challenge to me.  :)  I've been called insane and I'm proud of it!  I sincerely
hope someone will prove that legos can fly.  I just hope for the best when
landing.  Anyway what a way to learn a thing or two!

Best regards,
