it works perfectly ok

there is no way that this will fly.  I encourage you to give up...

first off that wing is way too heavy.  I fly an electric plane. here is the
link.

http://h1070635.hobbyshopnow.com/products/description.asp?prod=HBZ2000

the wing for this plane is made of foam with a graphite spine.  its light as
a feather.  I don't even own a scale to weigh the wing, but the entire plane
is 16 oz.   that wing alone must approach that.  plus the motor is a Mabuchi
380 that generates a whole &^$*&^ of a lot of rpm and the prop is way more
intense and light than anything lego makes or could be made of lego.

its not that I don't believe in your project, but the current state of parts
says you'll never build anything but a glider.  good luck anyway.

if there were a way, it would be to build a wing like a hang glider and a
simple 9v powerpack and the old technic motor with the high rpm and a 40x8
combo to get that thing pushing air, as a payload.    the advantage to this
is that you don't need any of the cross supports, and the weight that comes
with them that the wing your making needs.

Happy  easter hollidays!

Now I've at last got time to finish the first version of an airplane wing.
It had an wingspan of 133cm and the weight was 460gram. And when I atached • a
light body and tailplane it glided a bit, but it was a bit too heavy so I • am
no on the second attempt.

Forgot to take picture of the airplane with body and the wing cladded with
plastic. But you got an good idea how the wing is by this picture :
