And shouting at people who don't agree with your views and calling them

It *is* fraud. This reminds me of the (I think) Groucho Marx story:
He asked a woman, "Will you sleep with me for a million dollars?"
She replied, "Any time, honey".
He then asks, "Will you sleep with me for a dollar?"
"What kind of woman do you think I am???" she asked incredulously
He responded, "We've established what kind of woman you are, now we're just
haggling on a price."
Painting it pink and erecting a SEP field around it won't change the *fact*
that it is fraud. Yelling at and flaming people who disagree with you won't
change the facts. Of course, yelling right back isn't accomplishing much,
either.
Do I care that he did it? Nope--'he who is without sin can cast the first
stone'.
But those that agree with him and what he did cannot complain about the high
price of LEGO (or any other inflated pricing)
Again, another quotation, this time from The West Wing, when Donna tried to

I'm not your moral police. I don't particularly care what you do with your
time and money.
Just don't come down on those that point out the problems with what you did.
