Imperial Commandos wear the same uniform as Imperial Troops. The difference
between Imperial Commandos and Storm Troopers is (other than the uniform) much
like the difference between US Army Green Berets and US Navy Seals. There is
no fundamental difference in their abilitys just rank, branch, uniform etc.
Imperial Royal Gaurds wear red Storm Trooper armor with the Imperial Soverign
Protector Helmet. Imperial Soverign Protectors are the long robed gaurds we
see in the movies. Black Storm Troopers were the equivelant of Royal Gaurds to
an Imperial Warlord (formerly an Imperial Soverign Protector) several years
after ROTJ.
