So is it safe for me to conclude nobody liked my new MOC? Geez I hope not :(

Woah, a little soon to hit the panic button there! It's hardly a matter of
not liking it; I can only speak for myself, but I'm fairly sure I'm not the
only one impressed by the accuracy of the Star Wars vehicles that you've
modeled. Yes, the AT-ST looks really accurate (it's a shame it only fits one
fig, but hey, since minifig scale just means capable of fitting minifigs
that's still minifig scale); I especially like the tapering of the 'jaw'.
The reason *I* didn't comment on it is because you posted on a Saturday, and
my net access is at work (so I wouldn't have seen it without digging through
a backlog of threads) and also, I don't think every model posted needs to be
commented on(even if they are good) simply because then all my time would be
spent commenting!

If you want 'brutally' honest opinions, fine: the only one of your models
that didn't wow me was the swoop bike (because I don't recall one looking
like that; I thought they were red for starters?). But everything else has
been so good, it might be as accurate as you can get in minifig scale (which
is, of course, the ultimate goal). Your best models are the Tie Interceptor,
Tie Advanced, E-Wing, Teemto(?) PodRacer, and X-Wing (I wish I had come up
with those!). I can't wait to see your take on all the TLC designs.

Overall: great stuff, don't panic.

Unless you're Arthur Dent.

Ok I guess I was a little out of order to "hit the panic button that fast" but the thing was that I was sooooo happy with the way it came out that some input would be really cool. Thanks for your big reply! The AT-ST took me a huge amount of time to (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)
