Thanks for your big reply!
Not a problem; in fact getting me to shut up is often more difficult.

The AT-ST took me a huge amount of time to build (almost 4 hours!). But I
think it turned out pretty well.
Huge amount of time? 4 hours?! That's it? I like to think I strive for
accuracy in my models too but I've never come close to doing anything that
looks even half as good in 4 hours (my Optimus Prime took me 3 weeks with
many hours put in every week... must've been something like 30 hours! Either
you're really fast and don't know it yet, or I'm really slow**)

cars (buy one in the color that suits you). Maybe I'll post a pic of the
swoop I modelled it after for better comparison (sp?).
Yeah, that might help. I haven't played Shadows of the Empire in a while,
but I thought it looked differently... Perhaps we're both looking at
different sources?
This is the one I remember:

And please don't take what I said insultingly; I'm no expert on Swoop
variations, after all. I'm sure you know that it's a lot easier to
appreciate a LEGO interpretation when you know exactly what the source is
supposed to look like (I have the Dark Empire comics, and your E-Wing looks
accurate; maybe somebody who hasn't seen the original wouldn't be able to
appreciate the level of accuracy as much). And like I said, everything that
I DO recognize looks absolutely spot on. That's another reason it's hard to
post constructive criticism with your work; it's hard to find anything that
could've been improved.

Next one up is probably the B-wing (although that cockpit is really hard to do)
Yes, exactly! I gave up cause I couldn't think of a good cockpit (I don't
like the non-symmetry of putting an A-Wing canopy over the wedge pieces). I
can't wait to see how you solve it!

** "Gee Homer, you're slow"
"Agh! Someone... said.... something...." (hours later, and night time rolls
around)

Ok I guess I was a little out of order to "hit the panic button that fast" but the thing was that I was sooooo happy with the way it came out that some input would be really cool.
