  Re: Very Sad News....

I don't know what to say. Travis was like the sun, shining brightly for all to see. It was hard to lurk in the shadows when he was around, because his light would reach into the darkest of corners. Thank you Travis for sharing that light with me. (...) (22 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Sounds like a possibility. Don't know if I can afford that many CD's though. I'd gladly sell them, maybe even with a small insert about Travis, at cost, which shouldn't be more than a couple bucks. (Mark, drop me an email. I'd love to work (...) (...) Great idea Mark. I had some thoughts of my own on the subject. Not so much on a grand scale for everyone, but just a few personal ideas. For one, I'm planning on putting Travis' entire brickshelf folder on CD, just to have it as inspiration, (...) (22 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Doing something for Travis

(...) This hits me particularly hard, not because I knew Travis well (in fact, we never met) but because his work was such constant inspiration and I never said so. Just the other day he posted his most recent Syd Mead style Blade Runner-ish vehicle (...) (22 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.general, FTX)

Remembering Travis - His favorite piece

Hi Everyone, I chatted with Travis online every day. We shared many online jokes that were known really to only a few of us. I tried to think of something people could wear, like a ribbon or T shirt or some such, to remember Travis. But those all (...) (22 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general, FTX) !!

This will undoubtedly be a difficult Holiday season for his family. My thoughts are with them throughout it. Travis had only just become a LUGNET member. His page: (URL) sure Todd L too will be shaken by this sad news. -Suz (22 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, FTX)
