When we look at the amount of money involved in purchasing a house I just
don't see how selling the Gunstar is going to get you closer to the money
you need.
I would have to agree with the others and suggest that, if you have that many
Legos where selling them it would make a difference for purchasing the house,
then I would sell the parts not MOCs.
