I have watched every sci-fi DVD I own and browsed for hours through Brickshelf and Lugnet for inspiration...I'm without revelation! How does everybody else deal (...) | | | | | | In lugnet.space, folks write of the need to deal with Builder's Block. Some thoughts come to mind of how I have dealt with this in the past: Don't deal with it (caution, this may lead to a new Dark Age) Change scale - build BIGGER stuff (caution, (...) But the problem is that for something like, say, a ship, you have a definate idea of how to start, you know what a ship looks like, has in it, etc. But in space, you have to make up a new idea, and proceed along it, which can be difficult.
