I have had my HB for more than a year, and have had no problems with it at all, until now. The first problem was that I would fully charge the battery, but when I removed the Charger, the HB would suck all of the power within fifteen minutes. Then a (...) Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has written a slip/ppp and httpd server type software for the HC11 and/or handyboard. Ie you connect to the hc11 via a web browser to get information out of it. Digikey and Mouser sell them. Tandy's Tech America sells them. Mouser has no minimum and charges you the actually shipping costs. Tech America and Digikey have inflated shipping charges. We too are intersted in setting up a monitor for the HB. We have been tryiong to get BUFFALO to load on the Hb for a while (well, at least, when we get time to work on it!) so far weve encountered nothing but problems. has anyone else tried to load (...) My goal is to read various input devices ie joystick, keyboard, etc. encode the data into some sort of bit or ascii stream and then transmit it to the HB for decoding and if possible transmit from the HB back to the PC for telemetry such as (...) Are you wanting to transmit an analog signal, e.g. faster/slower, such as most people do with a joystick, or some other purpose? Hi, I recently assembled a Handy Board and some of my motor ports don't work. With the first driver chip, motors #0 & 1, the LEDs turn on but there is no current coming from the headers. Jonathan: Recently had the same problem myself. One of my colleagues passed on a little utility he wrote ( load68hc11 ) which set my config register just fine. Whoa, i just realized that the instructions *are* correct. Here's why. For this voltage test, the instructions assume you are powering your board from the DC adapter. I sent out a message few minutes ago listing all sorts of problems I was having. Don't worry about it. I just figured it all out. I was using lib_r22.lis instead of lib_hb.lis in IC. I have succesfully loaded pcode_hb.s19 and run IC with my Handyboard (finally). However, I am having a few problems with the digital inputs and the motor outputs.
