Recently had the same problem myself. One of my colleagues passed on a
little utility he wrote ( load68hc11 ) which set my config register just
fine. I could then use HBDL for uploading programs. I sent the loadhc11
to fredm for him to test. I'm sure he'll make it available to all if he
feels it is useable.
